According to BCG, a management consulting group, businesses will find adapting AI technologies into their business plans to be extremely beneficial to keeping up with new trends. The world seems to be experiencing more change, unpredictability, and uncertainty.  

From the shock that businesses have experienced, they will now be more cautious than ever.  Digitizing businesses has now become a safeguard for businesses to protect themselves from the unpredictable.
